ဘွဲ့၊ ဒီဂရီတန်းတွင် ကျောင်းသားပေါင်း ၁၇၃၀၀ဖြင့် ကမ္ဘာပေါ်တွင် Co-op အစီအစဉ်အတွက် အကြီးဆုံး ကျောင်းဖြစ်သည်။ ဘာသာရပ်အားလုံး၏ ၈၀ ရာခိုင်နူန်းသည် Co-op အစီအစဉ်အတွင်း ပါဝင်ပြီး ကနေဒါနိုင်ငံတွင် အကြီးဆုံးသော ပညာရေးနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းခွင်တွဲဖက်သင်ကြားသော အစီအစဉ်ဖြစ်သည်။
University of Waterloo၏ Co-op အစီအစဉ်ကို Apple, Red Cross, Microsoft, Disney, Blackberryကဲ့သို့သော ကမ္ဘာကျော်ကုမ္ပဏီကြီးများနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ထားပြီး ကနေဒါနိုင်ငံတွင် စိတ်ပညာဘာသာရပ် သင်ကြားမှုတွင် နံပါတ်တစ် ရရှိထားသော ကျောင်းဖြစ်သည်။
ကျောင်းသားများ အနေဖြင့် Co-op အစီအစဉ်နှင့် တက်ရောက်မည်ဆိုပါက တစ်နှစ်လျှင် လေးလမှ ခြောက်လအထိ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ဝင်ခွင့် ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဘွဲ့ရရှိရန် ပညာသင်နှစ် ငါးနှစ် ကြာမြင့်မည် ဖြစ်သည်။ နှစ်အလိုက် စာသင်ချိန်နှင့် လုပ်ငန်းခွင် အချိန်စာရင်းများကို ထုတ်ပြန်ပေးထားမည် ဖြစ်သည်။ ကျောင်းဖွင့်ချိန် ကာလများမှာ Fall (September-December), Winter (January-April), နှင့် Spring (May-August)များ ဖြစ်သည်။
“Waterloo Universityက လုပ်ငန်းပေါင်း ၄၅၀၀နှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ထားပြီး လုပ်ငန်းရှင်တွေရဲ့ ရွေးချယ်မှု အများဆုံး တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုပါ။ ဘာသာရပ်ပေါင်း ၁၂၀ကျော် ရှိတဲ့အထဲမှာမှ ၈၀ ရာခိုင်နူန်းက Co-op အစီအစဉ်နဲ့ ချိတ်ဆက်ထားပါတယ်။ ဒီလို Co-op အစီအစဉ်နဲ့ ပညာသင်ကြားတဲ့ ကျောင်းသားတွေဟာ ဘွဲ့၊ ဒီဂရီရမယ့် စုစုပေါင်းကြာချိန် ငါးနှစ်တာကာလအတွင်းမှာ ပညာသင်ကြားရင်းနဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းခွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရော ရရှိနိုင်တဲ့အပြင် လုပ်ငန်းခွင် ခံစားခွင့် ဝင်ငွေ ကနေဒါ ဒေါ်လာ ၃၇၀၀၀ကနေ ၇၇၀၀၀အထိ ရရှိနိုင်တယ်။ Waterloo Universityက လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွေ့အကြုံပါ ပူးတွဲပါတဲ့အပြင် Co-op Programmeမှာ ထိပ်ဆုံးက အောင်မြင်နေတဲ့ တက္ကသိုလ် ကျောင်းတစ်ကျောင်းဖြစ်တယ်ဆိုတာ ကနေဒါ တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံးက အသိအမှတ်ပြုထားတဲ့အတွက် တခြားတက္ကသိုလ်က ဘွဲ့ရကျောင်းသားတွေနဲ့ ယှဉ်မယ်ဆိုရင် လစာဝင်ငွေ ၁၅ရာခိုင်နူန်း ပိုမို မြင့်မားတယ်ဆိုတာကို Waterloo Universityရဲ့ ဖော်ပြချက်အရ သိရတယ်။” ဟု Myanmar Search International (MSI)၏ မန်နေဂျင်းဒါရိုက်တာ ဒေါ်စုစုလှိုင်မှ သိရသည်။
